Teachers learn too! Here we are at a professional development day to learn about conflict and how to have difficult conversations with your team. We are working in our PLC teams to decide on our norms for handing conflict. It was a little tough to focus on a Good Friday when Easter holidays were looming. We did have some good conversations and ideas though.
