Snails

There are big snails here in Macau. This one is the biggest snail I have seen. The other snails that I have seen have been about the size of a loonie. This must be at least 4cm long. He/She was huge. I was out walking this trail behind my apt and I spotted this snail. I can't imagine what that would sound like or feel like if you stepped on this snail by accident. It would be a mess.


The weekend is over and it is time for school. I can't believe that summer is over already. The students arrive tomorrow. It will be a fun day of saying hi to returning students and getting to know the new students. The first day is alway filled with so much excitement and anticipation of all the new things to come with the school year. I am sure it will be a fun day. I hope it goes smoothly.
