T-8 Typhoon

We now have a T-8 Typhoon in Macau named KALMAEGI. School is cancelled this morning due to high winds and rain. There are areas of Macau which have flooded from the rain. It has been raining off and on since yesterday. Here is the view from my apt. It doesn't seem that bad to me. I can't see across the water to Macau Proper. It is raining and wet out there but it doesn't seem that nasty. I am glad that I don't live on a higher floor of the apt building. I talked to my girlfriend that lives on the 26th floor in a different building and she told me that she can hear the building creaking and groaning. The wind is whistling through the windows and it is a little scary. We don't have anything like that here. It is a cozy little apt that is sheltered from the wind.
