Another weekend, another hike. I am now hiking up the trail to Sunset Peak. This is quickly becoming my favourite hike in Lantau. I have a little treat to keep me moving - the famous Picnic bar. I have only ever seen these chocolate bars in Asia. They have a mix of nuts, chocolate and wafer - YUM. I dedicate this picnic to Evan as he introduced these bars to me when we arrive in Macau in 2012 for our teaching practicum. He is no longer in Asia so no more picnic bars for Evan...
