Zanzibar Red Colobus Monkey

As stated on Wikipedia “The Zanzibar red colobus is a species of red colobus monkey endemic to Unguja, the main island of the Zanzibar Archipelago, off the coast of Tanzania.” I was lucky to visit the national park on the island and spot some monkeys. The guide told me that there are about 5000 monkeys in the park. Their only dangers are dogs and people. Some locals still hunt them. The monkeys eat locals crops so they are seen as a pest. But to me they were so cute!
