Photography & The Water Drop...

The Water Drop

Currently I am teaching a photography unit and we are looking at long exposures. My students need to work on an assignment to capture a water drop image. This is turning out to be much harder than expected. Water drops are hard to focus on. I am seeing too many blurry images. I feel that my students don't really want to take the time to work on this shot. The just want to click and go. I keep explaining to them that they should be taking over 100 images and then picking out only the best images to show me. I will be curious to see what the final results are on these photos. I am planning to mark these photos on the weekend. At this moment my life seems to be work and only work. There is so much to do at school and I don't feel like I have any free time to do anything else besides plan my lessons and mark student work. It is busy. I don't like being this busy. I am glad that December is just around the corner.
