The Macau Egg Tart

This is the Macau Egg Tart. It comes from the Lord Stow Bakery, which is found in Coloane. I like to go there on a Sunday afternoon when the sun is out and get a coffee and a tart to go. Then I walk along the sea wall and find a spot to sit down and enjoy the view. This was me 2 weeks ago on the weekend. It was so warm and sunny out that I thought I should go spoil myself with a treat. 

Why not! It was a relaxing way to end off my week. Plus there was a lovely sunset to end off the day. I like being by the water and staring over to Mainland China - which you can see on the other side of the water. They keep reclaiming more and more ocean bits between Coloane and Mainland China so I am sure at some point this water way won't even be here. They will probably fill it in and have a road or apartment towers sitting in front of me. All in the name of progress.
